Neiko Pangallo is the Founder and CEO of Our Butterfly, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting low-income families and creating lasting change within the community. Previously serving as Director of the One5 Foundation in Dallas, Texas. Neiko brings hands-on leadership experience and a deep commitment to service. Now back in his hometown of Newport Kentucky, he is focused on giving back to the community that shaped him, working to provide support, resources, and opportunities for families in need. Driven by compassion and purpose, Neiko is committed to building programs that strengthen families and create a ripple effect of positive impact.

Amy Mayer serves as the Director of Event Operations & Logistics for Our Butterfly Foundation, helping coordinate and execute the organization’s community events, programs, and outreach initiatives.

She oversees event planning, logistics, scheduling, and operational coordination to ensure that every experience is organized, welcoming, and impactful. Amy plays an essential role in bringing the foundation’s vision to life and creating meaningful experiences for children and families throughout Ohio and Kentucky.

Raven Pangallo serves as the Creative Director of Our Butterfly Foundation, overseeing the organization’s creative vision, branding, and visual communications. She helps bring the foundation’s mission to life through engaging designs, outreach materials, and creative initiatives that connect with children, families, and the community.

With a passion for creativity and meaningful impact, Raven works to ensure that every project reflects the foundation’s commitment to inspiring hope, promoting wellness, and empowering the next generation.

Brittney Pangallo serves as the Director of  Volunteer & Client Services for the Our Butterfly Foundation. In her role, she works closely with families and community members, helping connect them with resources, support, and compassionate care during difficult times. Brittney also leads volunteer coordination, ensuring that those who give their time to the foundation are supported, organized, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. With over ten years of experience in healthcare administration, client services, and workforce development, Brittney brings strong organizational skills and a deep commitment to helping others. Her professional background includes working directly with patients, coordinating services, and assisting individuals in overcoming barriers to improve their lives. Brittney is passionate about serving her community and believes in the mission of the Our Butterfly Foundation to uplift families and create positive change. Her dedication helps ensure that every person who reaches out to the foundation feels welcomed, supported, and cared for.  

Monica Pangallo brings over 15 years of experience in education, criminal justice, behavioral support, and community services to Our Butterfly Foundation. She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Global and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals, families, and underserved populations.

With a professional background in case management, behavioral intervention, investigations, and operations, Monica brings valuable leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to the foundation.

As Director of Business Development, Monica focuses on building strategic partnerships, strengthening community relationships, and identifying opportunities to support the foundation’s growth. Her passion for helping children and families aligns with Our Butterfly Foundation’s mission to promote mental wellness, empower youth, and create stronger communities throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
