
Neiko Pangallo is the Founder and CEO of our butterfly, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting low-income families and creating lasting change within the community. Previously serving as Director of the One5 Foundation in Dallas, Texas. Neiko brings hands-on leadership experience and a deep commitment to service. Now back in his hometown of Newport Kentucky, he is focused on giving back to the community that shaped him, working to provide support, resources, and opportunities for families in need. Driven by compassion and purpose, Neiko is committed to building programs that strengthen families and create a ripple effect of positive impact.

Raven Pangallo is the Director of Development, focused on strengthening communities and supporting individuals and families in need. She leads the organization’s fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and development initiatives, building meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to advance the mission. Known for her thoughtful, mission-driven approach, Raven combines strategic planning with genuine care for the communities served, helping ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability and impact.

Amy Meyer serves as the Director of Event Planning for the our butterfly Foundation, bringing years of experience in event coordination, executive support, and organizational operations. She oversees the planning and execution of the Foundation’s wellness walks, Kids Wellness Days, and community outreach events. Amy is skilled in vendor coordination, volunteer support, and managing event logistics. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she is passionate about creating impactful events that support children, families, and the community.
Brittney Pangallo serves as the Director of Volunteer & Client Services for the Our Butterfly Foundation. In her role, she works closely with families and community members, helping connect them with resources, support, and compassionate care during difficult times. Brittney also leads volunteer coordination, ensuring that those who give their time to the foundation are supported, organized, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. With over ten years of experience in healthcare administration, client services, and workforce development, Brittney brings strong organizational skills and a deep commitment to helping others. Her professional background includes working directly with patients, coordinating services, and assisting individuals in overcoming barriers to improve their lives. Brittney is passionate about serving her community and believes in the mission of the Our Butterfly Foundation to uplift families and create positive change. Her dedication helps ensure that every person who reaches out to the foundation feels welcomed, supported, and cared for.
Sarah Burgett is the Creative Director for our butterfly, bringing a dynamic blend of creativity, digital media expertise, and brand storytelling to the nonprofit’s mission. With deep roots in the Cincinnati community and a background in media, marketing, and content creation, Sarah leads visual identity, communications, and brand development to elevate the organization’s message and deepen its impact. She has built her career around crafting meaningful content and engaging audiences across platforms, with experience in marketing management, digital strategy, and creative direction that strengthens connection with supporters and the community. Sarah is passionate about using her creative talents to uplift families, amplify voices, and support the mission of our butterfly through compelling design, content, and storytelling.
